This site is still under construction but here are some things you should know to help you navigate the site in the meantime.

 

1. The workout of the day (WOD) is posted on the HOME page and is free and meant for everyone (even grandma) to follow.  If the workout seems too hard or too easy, adjust it as necessary. We call this "scaling" and it's an important part of our program. We also encourage you to post your times, performances and questions in the comment box.

 

2. Take a look at our TRAINER PROFILES and put a face with people who are posting your WODs and replying to your questions.

 

3. Check out our CLIENT PROFILES and see what other people just like you are accomplishing every day. They also post comments on the site, so it's a good way to get to know them as well.

 

4. Have fun and learn as much as you possibly can.
