Getting Started

ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST GRADUATE FROM OUR "ON-RAMP" BEFORE THEY CAN ATTEND REGULAR CLASSES. The only exception is athletes who are CrossFit Level 1 certified have the option to test out.

 

    The ON-RAMP program is an introduction to CrossFit concepts, methodology, nutrition, lifts and movements. This is a Required course for all new athletes to CrossFit Advantage. We recognize that CrossFit can be intimidating to new CrossFit athletes and this program serves as our platform to remove the intimidation, and allow you to learn our lifts and moves in a non-threatening environment.

 

Our ON-RAMP is not only for beginners to CrossFit. Our Navy SEALs, Division 1 athletes, Cops and Firefighters, MMA fighters and triathletes are also required to go through the ON-RAMP process. This program has proven to be extremely valuable to athletes at all levels of physical ability, experience, and understanding  

 

ON-RAMP is 4 weeks long and there are 3 classes a week. They are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm or 6pm and Saturdays at 1pm. The first 2 weeks ON-RAMP athletes come to the ON-RAMP classes only, the rest of the month you are allowed to come to other classes in addition to the ON-RAMP classes. All 12 classes are required before you can join as a member. You are allowed to miss and make up 2 classes during the month. If you will be missing more than 2 classes it is strongly recommended that you repeat the ON-RAMP course.

    

    THE COST OF OUR ON-RAMP IS $200 AND $150 FOR FULL TIME

    STUDENTS, LEO, MIL, AND FIRE FIGHTERS.
