MAN TRAINING


MAN: An adult male human, as distinguished from a woman or a child.        TRAINING: 1 A: The act, process, or method of one that trains. B:The skill, knowledge, or experience aquired by one that trains. 2:The state of being trained. This program is about more than working out. In order to receive the full benefit of any effective fitness training, a MAN must first strive to be the best human he can be, the best son he can be, the best brother he can be, the best friend he can be, the best boyfriend he can be and eventually the best husband and father he can be. If these goals are not achieved, then anytime spent focusing on anything else was time wasted. This program teaches fitness and develops much more. Students of MAN TRAINING learn about respect, appreciation, teamwork, confidence, the ability to lead, the ability to follow, how to listen more and talk less and many other skills that are necessary in the transition into becoming a MAN. Much of these skills are developed and earned through fitness in the form of "work". Other issues deliberately addressed in the program are drug, alcohol and tobacco abuse, the importance of receiving an education, how to set and accomplish goals, how to treat women, and how to help other people be the very best that they can be. It provides an opportunity for the true character of young men to shine through and the results are truly amazing. It is a great program and I recommend it to all young individuals or groups. And just in case you were wondering, no I haven't developed a WOMAN TRAINING program. It's nothing against all you wonderful ladies out there, it's just that I don't think I'm gender equipped for it. I am more than willing to work with anyone of any gender or age on any of the above issues but as far as MAN TRAINING goes, it's just for the males.
